Dr. Allen lives in Duncan, OK with his wife, Nancy. They have three grown sons who are married; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Dr. Allen retired from pastoring in Southern Baptist Churches after serving for 40 years.
He and Nancy traveled to the Hebrides islands in Scottland, where God gave him a burden to write a book on revival history. ( See books authored by Dr Allen).
Since then Dr Allen has written two other books, both centered around revival and are packed full of theological and historical facts of the great revivals in early days through present day.
Currently Dr Allen and Nancy travel the world evangelizing the gospel through spiritual awakening conferences in hopes Christians will realize the urgent need of revival to save our land.
WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Churches in America have had enough "revival meetings" where no one is revived, enough evangelistic campaigns where no one is converted to Christ. It is time to call the church to account for true spiritual awakening.
Across the years, I have served as pastor at First Baptist Church, Duncan, OK; Central Baptist Church, Lawton, OK; First Baptist Church, Sentinel, OK; and First Baptist Church, Carter, OK.
